Methodology. Bands are asking-rent ranges for typical (not luxury, not distressed) multi-family units, reconciled from the major rental aggregators and our own operating book of 1,500+ doors, and reviewed by our leasing team. They are asking rents, not closed leases; a “*” marks bands that lean more on operator estimate than published listing volume. Condition, parking, laundry, utilities, and floor plan move any specific unit within or beyond its band — the free Rent Estimator applies those adjustments.
