Matt Wessels

Matt is a CPA (MBA in Accounting) who spent six years in finance leadership at Ernst & Young and Biogen before moving into real estate full-time. He's a licensed real estate agent in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, a licensed General Contractor, and an active investor himself — he's owned and managed $10M+ in property since 2016 and helped clients close $20M+ in sales.

He also runs WRT Advisors, his own 1031-exchange practice, and specializes in multifamily properties, including Boston's classic triple-deckers. One advisor who structures the exchange, closes the purchase, and scopes the renovation.
